About this Apprenticeship
As a student assistant (m/f/d) you support the Independent Sales Channels / bAV department at the Generali Deutschland AG site in Frankfurt.
What You'll Learn
- Help with contract administration
- Process various business cases, e.g. updating customer data or contract changes
- Clarify contribution accounts
- Phone customers and brokers and take and carry out their requests
Requirements
- You are studying and want to gain practical experience
- You have good knowledge of MS Office software (especially Excel, Outlook and Word)
- You have an open, communicative and confident manner and enjoy talking on the phone
- You work independently, solution-oriented and reliably, and are a team player (m/f/d)
- You learn quickly, are highly committed and strongly focused on customers and service
- Application documents with a current proof of enrollment
