Your mission: You turn recurring tasks into intelligent processes and connect IT, automation and AI to solutions that make our daily work easier, faster and smarter.

Your tasks: You develop and implement automation solutions for internal and operational processes; You design and realize AI-supported workflows, agents and applications; You integrate AI models and APIs, e.g. from OpenAI or Anthropic/Claude, into existing and new processes; You develop your own small tools and applications when standard solutions are not sufficient; You connect systems via APIs, webhooks and interfaces; You analyze existing processes and recognize where automation creates real added value; You automate routine tasks and data processes, thereby creating freedom for more important tasks; You work closely with our specialist departments and translate their requirements into technical solutions; You actively shape our digital future.

Your profile: Ideally you bring the following: Practical experience with n8n or comparable automation tools; Programming skills, e.g. in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, HTML/CSS; Experience in dealing with AI models and APIs, especially their practical integration into workflows; Understanding of APIs, webhooks, databases and system interfaces; Joy in developing your own tools, workflows and solutions; An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working; Curiosity about new technologies and the courage to simply try them out; Desire to help shape a new field from the ground up; Very good German language skills.
