To strengthen our team we are looking for you as a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk (m/f/d) to optimize logistics processes together with us and ensure our products reach our customers safely and on time.

You create loading and delivery notes and record goods receipts in our systems. You organize the shipment of our goods in national freight transport. You plan and coordinate daily tours and assignments to ensure an optimal process. You coordinate delivery dates and plan the timely delivery of our products. You dispatch our factory-owned fleet and always keep an eye on vehicle utilization. You ensure a smooth dispatch process and continuously optimize our processes. You are the competent contact person for our internal teams as well as external partners and interfaces.

Your profile: Completed training as a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk or several years of experience in dispatch. Solid MS Office skills. You are communicative, a team player and always act in a solution-oriented manner. You have very good German and English skills. You are confident using MS Office and ideally know an ERP system (NAV). You are flexible, a team player and like to take responsibility. Organizational talent, negotiation skills and an independent working style characterize you.
