To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Technical Advisor in field sales (m/f/d) for the Berlin and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern region. • Support and advise customers in the Berlin and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern area, with a focus on planning offices (engineering, landscape architecture, architecture, interior architecture)
• Assist with technical questions, installation guidelines, and correct product selection
• Conduct training sessions, product demonstrations, and construction site support
• Work closely with internal sales to create inspiring customer experiences
• Represent GODELMANN and its products at trade fairs, events, and customer meetings

• Ideally several years of professional experience in field sales in the construction industry or a comparable technical sales environment
• Understanding of the mindset and working methods of planners and contractors, ability to convey technical content in a target-group-appropriate and convincing manner
• Knowledge of processes and requirements in the construction industry, ideally a good network with planning offices and/or executing companies (landscape construction, road construction)
• High degree of initiative, customer orientation, and negotiation skills
• MS Office skills and ideally experience with ERP systems (Navision)
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and a sense for quality
