Working Student in Compliance Management

Working student position in the Compliance Management staff unit at Hamburger Stadtentwässerung AöR. Support compliance work and gain insight into advising other departments. The workplace is expected to be Rothenburgsort, with hybrid working; 20 hours per week by agreement, for a limited period.

• Carry out compliance risk analyses
• Create risk summaries, dashboards and management reports
• Prepare policies, process descriptions and work instructions
• Prepare training and awareness activities
• Create presentations, analyses and documents to support decisions
• Support the compliance team's administrative and organisational tasks

• In the later stages of a degree in law, human resources, business law, business administration, public management or a comparable subject
• Ideally, a focus on or interest in compliance management, risk management, governance or process management, as well as process and organisational issues
• Some knowledge of management systems, governance structures or regulatory requirements is an advantage
• Confident use of common Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, initiative and enthusiasm for actively shaping topics
• Ideally, experience from internships or working student roles in compliance, risk management, audit, law, governance or process management
