About this Apprenticeship
In your role you support the department head as well as our globally operating underwriting team as a team assistant and are the hub of office communication and travel management. You work closely with the assistants from our department.
What You'll Learn
- Coordinate the department head's appointments and create demanding correspondence in German and English
- Organize travel management and visit planning
- Plan and coordinate conferences and other events
- Manage appointments, meeting notes and contacts in our CRM tool
- Prepare presentations and support the team in creating marketing materials
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience, ideally as a team assistant and/or in travel management
- A completed commercial apprenticeship or a completed degree with a comparable focus
- Pronounced affinity for dealing with contemporary digital media, communication and collaboration tools, including very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- German and English at least at a fluent negotiation level
- Pronounced social competence and communication strength that enables you to build trusting working relationships, plan and prioritize tasks in a structured way and adapt flexibly to changing situations and requirements
