Let's connect: Join us permanently, part-time (19 hrs/week), starting immediately, in our GFA-ACR General Ledger Cash Management department at the Hannover/Germany location as Cash Management Specialist Payment Transactions and Bank Account Management. Our team is responsible for the operational control and further development of international payment transactions for Hannover Re and E+S Re. We work closely with payment transaction banks and internal departments to ensure stable, efficient and future-proof treasury and payment processes.
Requirements
- Completed degree in economics, business administration with a focus on finance or comparable commercial training
- Several years of experience in payment transactions, cash management, treasury, accounting or a comparable finance-related environment
- Ideally experience with SAP, treasury management systems or digital payment transaction solutions and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems
- Negotiation-proficient German and English skills for communication with international contacts
- Structured and solution-oriented work style and the ability to recognize and analyze connections
- You take responsibility for the quality of your work, work successfully with different interfaces and contribute ideas for the further development of processes

- Manage our payment transaction banks and work closely with the areas of Current Accounting, Asset Management and Finance Global Services
- Analyze bank master data, ensure its quality and develop underlying processes further
- Clarify causes of failed payments with banks and departments and sustainably improve the payment success rate
- Support the execution of outgoing payments as well as technical inquiries, reports and migrations of bank accounts, payment transaction connections and bank master data
