Let's connect: Join our GIT-ES Identity & Access Management department at the Hannover/Germany location on a permanent basis, starting as soon as possible, as Solution Architect Identity and Access Management (IAM). In the Identity & Access Management team within Global Information Technology - End User Services we ensure that employees can access systems securely and efficiently. We manage our identity management solutions and platforms and jointly design access and authorization concepts as well as the continuous further development of our IAM landscape. In your role you bring a holistic view of the IAM environment: from Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Identity Provider and Single Sign-On to the evaluation of new technologies and the secure integration of AI agents, you actively shape our IAM landscape.

• Continuously optimize and develop our Identity & Access Management system landscape and make it future-proof based on current technologies and innovative solutions
• Contribute to the strategic design of our IAM architecture
• Accompany projects to connect new services and applications to our IAM systems
• Build and establish an IAM governance framework for AI agents and develop secure agents to optimize our processes
• Advise business and project teams on questions and challenges around Identity & Access Management
• Manage and coordinate external IT service providers

• Completed training as IT specialist for system integration and/or degree in (business) informatics or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in Identity & Access Management combined with a holistic view of processes, technologies and requirements
• Sound knowledge of LDAP, Group Policy, Microsoft Entra ID, SSO/IdP solutions and current security standards and their orchestration
• First practical experience in the use of AI agents and in building corresponding (IAM) governance structures
• Understanding of cloud-based services and technologies (Azure, AWS) desirable
• German and English at negotiation level
• Ability to analyze complex relationships, enthusiasm for innovation and strong communication skills
