Drive trucks carrying high-tech goods on local and long-distance routes, including deliveries, safe loading, assembly and installation at customer sites.
What You'll Learn
- Drive trucks carrying high-tech goods on local and long-distance routes
- Complete assigned routes and orders on time
- Deliver, carry, unpack and pack sensitive, valuable high-tech goods
- Move goods into and out of their point of use and perform routine assembly and installation at customer sites, with thorough training provided
- Properly load, secure and transport goods
- Communicate with senders, recipients and project coordinators
Requirements
- Category CE driving licence; professional driver qualification (Code 95) desirable
- Some initial experience in transport logistics welcome
- ADR certificate for transporting dangerous goods
- Willingness to undertake long-distance routes and assignments lasting several days
- Good practical skills and technical understanding
- Ability to reliably carry out daily physical tasks, such as loading, unloading, securing loads and carrying goods
- Good spoken German
- Friendly, service-focused manner
- Careful working practices, commitment and teamwork
