Expert CISO Office & PMO

The Information Security central function at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG reports directly to the CFO and works closely with all business areas. In this role you report directly to the Group CISO, manage the information security portfolio and act as the central link between Information Security, IT, business departments and external partners.

• Responsibility for the information security project portfolio, including prioritization, planning, coordination, monitoring, reporting and facilitation of ongoing projects
• Supporting the CISO in managing the central function and preparing documents for the board, committees and management decisions
• Preparing and following up meetings, tracking actions and commitments, and taking minutes
• Managing the project organization, including preparing project status, results and decision papers
• Further developing and establishing uniform PMO standards, methods and processes for an efficient and transparent project approach
• Managing and tracking project and process change measures
• Coordination with relevant internal stakeholders, especially IT and the information security functions
• Coordinating requests from external customers, partners and service providers on information security topics
• Preparing project results for the target audience and supporting knowledge transfer
• Developing methods, guidelines, templates and training materials for project and process management
• Organizing and facilitating internal workshops and training sessions
• Supporting audits related to ISO standards and regulatory requirements
• International travel of about 10 %

• Successfully completed degree in economics, management, project management, law, communication studies or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in project or process management, organizational development or supporting management levels
• Solid knowledge of process analysis, process modelling and process optimization
• Experience with BPM software or comparable process management tools is an advantage
• Knowledge of project, process or quality management and of the audit environment
• Ability to prepare, visualize and communicate complex topics in a structured way that suits the audience
• Strong facilitation, consulting and communication skills
• High degree of initiative, organizational skill and discretion
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working, plus experience managing several topic areas in parallel
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
• Willingness to undergo regular personal security checks as part of the security requirements
