Team assistant

Team assistant role at HD Advanced Technologies in Wiesloch/Walldorf, providing organisational and administrative support for management and the team.

• Handle all assistant, organisational and administrative tasks for management and the team
• Handle internal and external correspondence
• Coordinate appointments and prepare meetings
• Prepare for meetings and carry out follow up work
• Manage business travel arrangements
• Act as the contact for time records in SAP time management
• Create business documents and presentation materials

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally supplemented by further training related to assistant work
• Relevant professional experience in an assistant role
• Very good software skills, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP
• Good English skills; other foreign language skills are an advantage
• A friendly, confident and customer focused manner, strong organisational skills, a reliable, responsible and independent approach to work, and a high level of personal maturity
