Occupancy Manager Geriatrics

• Efficient acquisition and admission of suitable patients for geriatric early rehabilitative complex treatment (GKB)
• Active management of bed occupancy to ensure optimal utilization of geriatric bed capacities
• Planning, coordination and case management of geriatric patients in close coordination with the clinic's central occupancy management
• Regular, structured and constructive communication with all specialists and departments involved in treatment within the multiprofessional team
• Timely and needs-based processing of internal transfer requests to geriatrics

• Completed vocational training as a certified health and nursing professional / geriatric nurse / nursing specialist (m/f/d)
• Professional experience in occupancy management desirable
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Experience in confident use of IT systems
• Strong patient orientation as well as team- and service-oriented behavior
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
