• Conducting and implementing occupational health care, suitability and pre-employment examinations in practice or on-site at clients' premises
• Knowledge and application of occupational medical examination equipment, e.g., hearing test, vision test, ergometer
• Consultation coordination and company support in all matters of occupational medical services
• Supporting medical colleagues in the provision of occupational medical services
• Documentation and preparation of health records

• Completed Ausbildung as MFA, MTA (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification (Arzthelfer:in, Altenpfleger:in, GKP, etc.)
• Career changers are also welcome (Gesundheitsmanager:in, Therapeut:in, etc.)
• Organizational talent and willingness to take initiative, as well as very good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in the field (consultations at company premises) and a Class B driver's license
