• Performing venous blood draws under the guidance and supervision of medical staff
• Preparation of necessary materials (e.g., cannulas, tubes) and correct labeling of samples
• Insertion of peripheral venous catheters under the guidance and supervision of medical staff
• Documentation of insertion in the SAP clinic system
• Assisting the surgical team by holding hooks or retractors during surgical procedures
• Adapting to the needs of the surgical team, e.g., with changes in positions and handling of instruments
• Adhering to sterility and hygiene regulations in the operating room area, as well as preparing and maintaining surgical instruments

• Completed medical Ausbildung (e.g., MTA, GuK (m/f/d), academic: at least M1)
• Basic knowledge of anatomy and medical techniques: Understanding of human anatomy, especially venous access possibilities
• Diligence and concentration: In the OR, continuous concentration and adherence to sterile techniques are crucial
• Communication skills: Ability to communicate appropriately with patients and the OR team and to react flexibly to instructions
• Hygiene and sterility regulations: Sound knowledge of disinfection, sterility rules, and adherence to clinical standards
