Learn both typical commercial business areas such as purchasing, sales, HR, accounting, and marketing, as well as related areas like logistics, production, IT, and others; learn to obtain and compare quotes and process orders; independently accept, process, and track customer orders; learn to support customers and business partners by phone and in writing; learn to verify invoices, process payments, and evaluate business metrics; support HR processes from applicant management to personnel administration; collaborate in team to design marketing and sales campaigns; organize and coordinate appointments, meetings, and projects throughout the apprenticeship; work with SAP and the latest Office applications.

Expertise: You already have a secondary school diploma (Mittlere Reife), technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife), or high school diploma (Abitur). Your academic strengths are in mathematics, German (at least language level B2, preferably higher), and English. Passion: Communication and organization are your thing – you have a strong interest in commercial processes and enjoy organizing and coordinating workflows. When dealing with people, you thrive, as your communication talent and polite manner come into play. Appreciation & Respect: You enjoy working in a team and value personal interaction. You know 'together we are stronger' and are willing to contribute your ideas and be open to new things, taking on topics where support is needed. Listening & Understanding: You want to become a professional in your field and know that listening and understanding are key prerequisites for a high learning effect.
