Ensuring an excellent shopping experience through proactive greeting and quick orientation of customers in the market; ensuring check-in for online booked appointments and arranging and coordinating consultation appointments; proactive communication of current promotions to customers and ensuring non-buyers get the opportunity to meet their needs; collaboration with the Solution Manager to create customer-oriented solutions; conducting customer surveys; bidding farewell to customers for long-term customer loyalty
