Technical Documentation Specialist for Spare Parts Management, ASD S2000M

HENSOLDT is seeking a technical documentation specialist for spare parts management in its S2000M / Material Management department, starting as soon as possible in Fürstenfeldbruck, Kiel, Koblenz or Wilhelmshaven. The team within Technical Publications provides documentation services under ASD S2000M for air, land and sea systems and continuously improves processes and team capabilities.

• Coordinate relevant ASD S2000M services within projects
• Independently deliver project services on time, within budget and to the required quality
• Help expand ASD S2000M services
• Help further develop project-specific ASD S2000M work processes
• Support effort estimates for ASD S2000M services
• Carry out quality assurance measures
• Create or update technical documentation under ASD S2000M or the international customer's specifications
• Develop instructions for creating and checking spare parts data, BTK data modules and illustrations
• Carry out the spare parts data observation process under ASD S2000M or the international customer's specifications
• Work and exchange information with internal departments, external customers and subcontractors
• Maintain the project-specific database for verification records

• Completed technical vocational training with further qualification as a technician or master craftsperson, or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in a relevant field
• Experience creating or updating technical data under ASD S2000M and DB Spec 2000M using authoring systems such as APART or similar
• Knowledge of military logistics in the army, air force, navy or another organisational branch is an advantage
• Experience creating or updating guidance documents is desirable
• Enjoyment of teamwork, a strong customer and service focus, and strong communication skills
• Very good German and good English, both spoken and written
• Willingness to take occasional business trips is required
