Specialist for Assembly and Testing of Electronic Assemblies - Laichingen

For its "Electronics Assembly" division, HENSOLDT is looking for a specialist at the Laichingen site as soon as possible. The work covers automatic and manual population of circuit boards, automatic optical inspection, rework and retooling of circuit boards and assemblies, as well as coating and assembly of electronic assemblies. Training takes place at the Ulm site during the first months.

• Assemble assemblies with multi-layered assembly content
• Perform mechanical tasks such as screwing and riveting
• Solder electronic assemblies
• Test electronic assemblies at standard test stations
• Inspect and assess assemblies
• Identify deviations from the specification
• Fix faults on the electronic assemblies
• Create quality reports
• Carry out maintenance and cleaning work on machines and test stations as planned or needed

• Completed training as an electronics technician for devices and systems (f/m/d) or comparable
• Experience with manual or automatic assembly technology and with documented manufacturing methods is an advantage
• Soldering skills are desirable
• Experience in testing work and in how electronic assemblies function
• Confident handling of electronic measuring devices
• Knowledge of the tools SAP DSP / H40 and MS Office
• Good fine motor skills, good eyesight
• Teamwork skills and resilience
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Willingness to work shifts is required.
