Specialist I2D Lead - Planning, Risk Management and S/4-HANA

HENSOLDT is looking for a specialist I2D Lead for planning, risk management and SAP S/4-HANA at the Ulm and Oberkochen sites.

• Develop and support the implementation of the SAP strategy
• Analyze existing processes, methods and applications, and identify and implement improvements
• Close technical support for senior management, the divisions and central functions, moderating cross-functional steering committees and preparing effective escalation and decision logic
• Promote the exchange of information and best practices
• Further develop planning and risk management capabilities within HENSOLDT
• Professional leadership of employees in the matrix organization, plus mentoring
• Develop, implement and manage a uniform governance structure in the I2D SAP S/4-HANA program
• Build and ensure integrated steering within the end-to-end I2D process in line with strategic company goals
• Define, monitor and continuously optimize project and program management processes
• Close cooperation and coordination with all relevant end-to-end Global Process Owners
• Ensure and integrate lessons learned within the QMSR
• Further develop group-wide standards (e.g. PMI and SAP applications)
• Responsibility for the SAP S/4-HANA integrated overall schedule together with the S4 program management and the GPOs (Global Process Owners)
• Consolidation and harmonization across the E2E streams
• Planning, execution and structured support of the I2D workstream
• Management reporting and enablement through KPI-based transparency for better steering within the E2E streams
• Focus also on the new integrated planning process (KPIs e.g. schedule, cost and performance)
• Create a holistic early warning system for senior management
• Responsibility for standards, methods, tools and maturity models in the E2E process I2D
• Harmonization and standardization along the HENSOLDT governance
• Define, monitor and report cross-project KPIs to ensure transparency and controllability

• Completed degree in IT/engineering, management or business
• Many years of leadership experience in project or program management and PMO
• Strong SAP knowledge (especially S/4-HANA)
• Strong knowledge in the analysis of IT and business processes
• Knowledge of the ServiceNow tool
• Sound knowledge of common PM standards (e.g. PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2, agile methods)
• Strong competence in process management, governance and change management
• Experience with PM tools, reporting and KPI-based steering
• Pronounced leadership strength, communication skills and stakeholder management
• Hands-on mentality combined with strategic foresight
• Willingness to make national and international business trips
• Fluent English for negotiations
