Project Commercial Manager / Finance Business Partner

About the Division For the division "F&C Services & Training, Product Services MDS & EW and Eurofighter Services" we are looking for a "Finance Business Partner (f/m/d)" at the location in Immenstaad or Ulm as soon as possible. The division "F&C Services & Training" is responsible, among other things, for the complete commercial support of Product Services and thus acts as a business partner at all levels for the division.

• Commercial support of national and international projects in the area of Product Services MDS & EW and Eurofighter Services
• Commercial contact person (Business Partner) for project managers / close coordination with the project core team and supporting areas (Contracts & Commercial, Price Verification, Accounting, Controlling)
• Preparation of commercial offer parts, including price-verification-compliant calculations and commercial conditions
• Participation in offer/contract negotiations
• Project controlling, including Cost-to-Completion / EAC analyses, target/actual comparisons, scenario creation, development of proposals and initiation of measures to secure planned project results and cash flow
• Proper commercial project processing with focus on cost optimization, payment, claim/waiver, opportunity and risk management
• Financial reporting and receivables management, as well as cash management including reporting
• Verification of balance sheet correctness of all postings with regard to IFRS15 and HGB as well as price audit and statutory audit matters
• Participation in the preparation of plans; Operational planning, Outlook, Monthly Planning and reporting as well as support for monthly and annual financial statements
• Conducting ad-hoc analyses for the division's managers
• Contribution to corporate reporting within the scope of responsibilities
• Development of business plans

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or comparable
• Experience in finance and controlling or in commercial project management / Commercial & Contracts
• Knowledge of German pricing law / IFRS desirable
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP (SD/PS)
• Negotiation skills with customers and contractors (internal & external)
• Conscientious and independent way of working
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork and assertiveness
• Ability to think in a networked manner
• Negotiation-level German and English skills
