Field Sales PPE Specialist, Southern Bavaria / Austria

A personal protective equipment specialist is sought for Southern Bavaria and Austria to start as soon as possible. The role involves advising customers, supporting projects, and growing the workplace safety business.

• Advise and support customers across different industries and sell personal protective equipment and technical workplace safety solutions
• Support customer projects, training, promotions, and framework agreements covering the workplace safety range
• Develop existing customer relationships and win new customers in the assigned region
• Analyse the market and competitors to identify opportunities and trends in workplace safety
• Work closely with regional sales managers and the internal sales team to provide excellent customer service and achieve targets

• Commercial and/or technical vocational training with sound specialist knowledge
• Several years of sales experience in workplace safety and ideally an existing network in industry and/or the skilled trades
• Good knowledge of legal requirements and regulations for workplace safety products
• Strong customer focus, advisory skills, and ability to build lasting relationships
• High motivation, strong communication skills, and an independent approach to work
• Ideally, residence within the assigned region
