Junior Sales Controller

This role supports sales planning and analyses revenue, gross margins and sales performance measures. It also helps improve financial control, reporting and business intelligence.

• Support planning, forecasting and analysis of revenue and gross margin trends, and help continuously improve planning processes.
• Compare planned and actual results, identify differences, and help develop and track suitable actions to meet targets.
• Develop sales performance measures, reports and management approaches for different sales channels and customer groups.
• Advise and support departments on sales financial control questions, and prepare business cases and analyses as needed.
• Help develop financial control, reporting and business intelligence systems to improve data quality and transparency.

• Completed master's degree in business administration, economics or a similar subject, focusing on financial control or finance.
• Initial practical experience in financial control or finance, ideally focusing on sales performance measures, for example through internships, working student roles or initial professional experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and a structured, independent approach focused on finding solutions.
• Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills; initial experience with business intelligence tools and data modelling, such as Power BI, is an advantage.
• Good spoken and written German and English; knowledge of SAP BW or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is desirable.
