About this Apprenticeship
Technical Trainer (m/f/d) for machining and automation: designing and delivering trainings in automation and machining, in person and digital.
What You'll Learn
- Design, preparation and delivery of trainings in automation and machining (in person and digital)
- Creating and further developing training materials and trainer guides, and maintaining training databases
- Developing modern learning formats, e.g. podcasts and AI-supported content for knowledge sharing
- Close cooperation with product management to align on content and further develop training concepts
- Continuous improvement of training offerings and building innovative training approaches
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training or degree, ideally with a focus on metal machining
- Very good knowledge of modern machining (drilling, turning, milling) on manual and CNC-controlled machines
- First experience in automated workpiece feeding and interest in automation solutions
- Strong affinity for digital learning formats, streaming technology and modern training tools
- Very good German and ideally good English skills as well as confident use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
