Apprenticeship as Insurance and Financial Investments Salesperson, Telephone Customer Service Focus

Around 230 apprentices will start their careers successfully at HUK on September 1, 2027. The apprenticeship prepares you to become an expert in insurance and financial matters.

You will train to become an expert in insurance and financial matters; learn about insurance and financial investments in training sessions and vocational school; gradually take on more responsibility, from maintaining contracts to handling complex customer inquiries.

Intermediate school-leaving certificate, higher education entrance qualification or equivalent; German at minimum C1 level; interest in structured and careful work with data and contracts; customer-focused thinking and action; friendly, confident and reliable manner when dealing with customers; motivation to take responsibility and develop professionally and personally; team spirit and an honest, respectful approach to communication.

Experienced trainers will guide you, provide feedback and support your development; transparent collectively agreed apprenticeship pay: €1,455 in year 1, €1,532 in year 2 and €1,620 in year 3; shared team successes.
