During your apprenticeship we will make you a sought-after expert for insurance and financial questions; You will learn everything about insurance and financial investments in cross-location training sessions and at vocational school; In the branch office you will take over personal and telephone advice for our customers' contract matters; You will determine the exact insurance needs of our customers and develop tailored concepts; You will successfully conclude contracts and ensure that our customers are fully covered; You will take over appointment management and work closely and cooperatively with our field service employees

You have a secondary school diploma (Mittlere Reife), (technical) university entrance qualification or a comparable degree; You have German language skills at least at C1 level; You are interested in insurance topics and want to prove your sales talent; You always think and act in a customer-oriented manner; You interact with customers in a friendly, confident and reliable manner; You score with powers of persuasion and assertiveness; You are motivated by shared team successes, with honest and respectful exchange being a matter of course for you
