• During your apprenticeship we make you a sought-after expert for insurance and financial questions
• You learn everything about insurance and financial investments in cross-location training courses and at vocational school
• In the branch office you take over personal and telephone advice for the contract matters of our customers
• You determine the exact insurance needs of our customers and work out tailor-made concepts
• You successfully conclude contracts and ensure that our customers are comprehensively insured
• You take over appointment management and work closely and cooperatively with our field service employees

• You have a secondary school leaving certificate (Mittlere Reife), a (subject-specific) university entrance qualification (Abitur) or a comparable qualification
• You possess German language skills at least at C1 level
• You are interested in insurance topics and want to prove your sales talent
• You always think and act in a customer-oriented manner
• You appear friendly, confident and reliable when dealing with customers
• You score with powers of persuasion and assertiveness
• You are motivated by shared success experiences in the team, whereby an honest and respectful exchange is a matter of course for you
