During your apprenticeship we make you a sought-after expert for insurance and financial questions; You learn in cross-location training sessions and at vocational school everything about insurance and financial assets; In the branch office you take over personal and telephone advice for the contract matters of our customers; You determine the exact insurance needs of our customers and develop tailored concepts; You successfully conclude contracts and ensure that our customers are fully insured; You take over appointment management and work closely and cooperatively with our field service employees

You have a secondary school diploma, (technical) high school diploma, or equivalent; You have German language skills at least C1 level; You are interested in insurance topics and want to prove your sales talent; You always think and act customer-oriented; You appear friendly, confident, and reliable in dealing with customers; You score with persuasiveness and assertiveness; You are motivated by shared success experiences in the team, where honest and respectful exchange is a matter of course for you
