CNC Milling Setter

Hydro Extrusions is a world-leading company in aluminium extrusion. About 250 employees work at the Offenburg site in an open and diverse team specialised in producing and further processing aluminium profiles. The company is looking for a CNC milling setter for three-shift operation.

• Preparing, tooling and setting up CNC-controlled machines
• Leading and instructing the assigned shift employees (m/f/d)
• Working independently in three-shift operation on modern 3- and 5-axis CNC milling machines
• Adjusting and optimising CNC programs
• Carrying out tool changes
• Carrying out quality checks according to QA specifications
• Maintaining the machines
• Troubleshooting and fixing faults
• Contributing to production optimisation and suggesting process improvement measures

• Completed vocational training in the metal sector, e.g. as a machining mechanic (m/f/d)
• Several years of professional experience with CNC-controlled milling machines
• First experience as a shift leader (m/f/d) is an advantage
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• Independent and conscientious way of working
• Sense of responsibility and teamwork
• Strong technical understanding
• Enjoyment of working with modern technology
• High willingness to learn and interest in further development
• Willingness to work three shifts
