About this Apprenticeship
Start your apprenticeship at R+V Versicherung. In bank sales you work closely with the Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers in decisions about insurance, retirement provision and investments. Region: Offenburg, start: 01.08.2027, duration: 2.5 years.
What You'll Learn
- Work in a team at the point of sale in Volksbank and Raiffeisenbank branches and expand your knowledge at vocational school Karlsruhe
- Get to know insurance and financial products and experience advising real customers
- Prepare and follow up advisory meetings, create offers and support the team with contract signings
Requirements
- Realschulabschluss or (Fach-)Hochschulreife
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driver's license at start of training
- Also welcome: if you realized in your current studies that you prefer a practical new challenge
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: 1,455 € per month in year one, 1,532 € in year two and 1,620 € in year three, plus vacation and Christmas bonus of two monthly salaries
- Well-structured training, mentoring program and in-house training and talent development
- Regular training time is 2.5 years, shortening to 2 years possible with good performance
- Capital-forming benefits, learning materials allowance and travel or rent cost contribution
- 30 days vacation plus 24.12. and 31.12. off, latest iPhone and notebook, standard weekly working time of 38 hours
