Customer Advisor / Insurance Inside Sales Employee | Career changers welcome

The DEVK branch offices of Wolfgang Junker in Offenburg and David Ahunbaev in Gengenbach are looking for a sales-oriented inside sales employee / customer advisor who serves customers competently, maintains existing customer relationships and spots sales opportunities. You can expect a modern workplace, a large customer base and a committed team.

• Personal, phone and digital care of new and existing customers
• Creating quotes and needs-based advice on insurance solutions
• Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
• Spotting sales opportunities and actively approaching customers
• Handling customer inquiries, contract changes and service matters
• Supporting the branch in sales and marketing campaigns
• Arranging and preparing customer appointments
• Actively contributing to the branch's success

• A completed apprenticeship as an insurance and financial investment clerk (m/f/d), insurance clerk (m/f/d), insurance specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
• Alternatively, experience as a customer advisor (m/f/d), customer service representative (m/f/d), sales employee (m/f/d), sales manager (m/f/d), account manager (m/f/d) or field service employee (m/f/d).
• Motivated career changers (m/f/d) with a business background are also welcome. We will train you further to become a Certified Insurance Specialist IHK (m/f/d).
• Enjoyment of sales and of advising and caring for customers.
• Strong customer and service orientation.
• Communication skills, initiative and confident manner.
• Class B driving licence.
