To strengthen the quality assurance team, you will independently document and evaluate material, production, and quality tests in the iron foundry and concrete plant, contribute to the optimization of test processes, and support the early detection, analysis, and handling of quality deviations.

Independent execution and documentation of material and concrete tests. Execution and monitoring of defined test processes in the iron foundry and concrete plant. Detection, documentation, and reporting of quality deviations. Participation in complaints, root cause analyses, and process improvements. Execution of incoming goods inspections and documentation of test results. Maintenance and updating of test and quality documentation. Support in organizing rework with external companies.

Completed training as a materials tester, further training as a technician, or comparable technical qualification. Ideally practical experience in production and quality control, preferably in the concrete sector. Good knowledge of quality assurance and/or quality management. Technical affinity and good business management knowledge. Initial experience in incoming goods inspection desirable. Confident handling of test and measuring equipment. Proficient use of MS Office programs, experience with merchandise management or ERP system. Good German language skills, both written and spoken. Independent and structured way of working. Organizational skills, reliability, and enjoyment of collaborating with various departments.
