(Senior) Consultant Microsoft 365 / Azure

Support and consulting for new and existing customers in the Microsoft 365 / Azure / Teams environment; development of concepts and participation in tenders and proposals; development of new solutions and products for customers; administration and configuration in customer environments, including troubleshooting and 3rd level support; cooperation with suppliers and service providers; preparation, technical support and execution of customer workshops, presentations, live demos and user training; acceptance and qualification of technical customer requirements

Degree in computer science or training as IT specialist system integration; several years of professional experience in Microsoft Cloud solutions (e.g. Microsoft Azure); very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment and initial knowledge in telephony, VoIP and SIP (Innovaphone, Avaya); knowledge in contact center and unified communications an advantage; open and friendly, with high empathy and good sense for customer requirements; convincing communication skills and confident appearance; structured and independent working style; good comprehension for complex technical issues; team player with partnership approach; very good German and English skills written and spoken; willingness to travel < 20%
