Requirements
- Secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss) or high school diploma (Abitur) with good grades in mathematics, science, and technical subjects
- Spatial imagination and interest in technical contexts
- Interest in working in a laboratory environment
- Manual dexterity (good fine motor skills) and first practical experience
- Communication skills, self-motivation, and problem-solving ability
