About this Apprenticeship
In Kaufland's Abitur program you earn three IHK qualifications and take on leadership responsibility: the first 1.5 years are training as a retail salesperson, followed by 1.5 years of further training as a Handelsfachwirt (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce). The trainer qualification comes on top.
What You'll Learn
- The goods processes from ordering to sales and our customers' shopping experience are in your hands.
- Take responsibility for a goods department, staff scheduling and inventory.
- Help evaluate business key figures, such as your store's revenue.
Requirements
- You already have your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife, or are about to get it.
- You want to learn more about ordering and selling our goods and our product range.
- You like approaching people and can inspire others with your strong communication.
- You are highly motivated, reliable and can work flexibly around our store opening hours.
What Kaufland Dienstleistung GmbH & Co. KG offers
- At least €1,350 gross per month in the first half year, at least €1,500 gross per month from month 7 to 18, and above-scale pay from month 19. Also vacation pay and Christmas bonus, and 6 weeks of vacation per year.
- 3 qualifications in 3 years, and we also cover accommodation and meals during your school phase at an external top training center.
- After passing the final exam you have very good chances of being hired. With good performance, directly as head of your own goods department. You also get a bonus for passing the training well.
- With your trainer at your side and thorough exam preparation, we get you ready for the future in both practice and theory.
