Abitur Program Store - Retail Business Specialist 2027

In the Abitur program at Kaufland, you earn three IHK qualifications and take on leadership responsibility. For the first 1.5 years you complete the training as a retail clerk, followed by 1.5 years of further training as a retail business specialist. The trainer qualification is added on top.
