About this Apprenticeship
In Kaufland's Abitur program you earn three IHK qualifications and take on leadership responsibility. The first 1.5 years are the apprenticeship as retail salesperson, followed by 1.5 years of further training as Handelsfachwirt (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce), plus the trainer qualification.
What You'll Learn
- You are in charge of goods processes from ordering to sale and of our customers' shopping experience.
- Take responsibility for a goods department, staff scheduling and inventory.
- Help evaluate business figures, such as your store's sales.
Requirements
- You already have your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife, or are about to finish it.
- You want to learn more about ordering and selling our goods and our range.
- You like approaching people and can inspire them with your communication skills.
- You are highly motivated, reliable and can work flexibly around store opening hours.
What Kaufland Dienstleistung GmbH & Co. KG offers
- At least €1,350 gross per month in the first half year, at least €1,500 gross per month from month 7 to 18, and above-scale pay from month 19. Also holiday and Christmas bonus and 6 weeks of vacation per year.
- 3 qualifications in 3 years – we also cover accommodation and meals during your school phase at an external top training center.
- After passing the final exam you have very good chances of being hired, with good performance directly as head of your own goods department. Plus a bonus for passing the apprenticeship well.
- With your trainer at your side and thorough exam preparation, we make you ready for the future in practice and theory.
