What You'll Learn
- Dive into the world of retail and the varied product range during your 3-year apprenticeship.
- Work through all sales areas and become an expert in customer service and business key figures.
- Help with ordering, receiving, storing and stocking goods.
- Learn how to present goods attractively to customers.
- Give sales promotions a boost and make sure the store looks right in every season.
Requirements
- You have your half-year report card or an intermediate school-leaving certificate, e.g. Realschulabschluss.
- Passion for food: You want to learn more about our product range.
- Friendly and helpful: You like approaching people and have a smile for everyone.
- You are highly motivated, reliable and can work flexibly around store opening hours.
What Kaufland Dienstleistung GmbH & Co. KG offers
- At least €1,250 gross per month in the first year, at least €1,350 gross per month in the second year and at least €1,500 gross per month in the third year. Also holiday and Christmas bonuses and 6 weeks of vacation per year.
- A qualified trainer and thorough exam preparation in practice and theory.
- After passing the final exam, very good chances of being taken on. There is also a bonus for passing the apprenticeship well.
