About this Apprenticeship
As an apprentice you are part of a strong team at Kaufland from day one and can show what you are capable of. During the 3-year apprenticeship you get to know the world of retail and the varied product range. Good chances of being taken on afterwards.
What You'll Learn
- You dive into the world of retail and our varied product range.
- You go through all sales areas and become an expert in customer service and business key figures.
- You help with ordering, receiving, storing and stocking goods.
- You learn how to present goods attractively to customers.
- You give sales promotions a boost and ensure the right look in the store in every season.
Requirements
- You have your half-year report or an intermediate school certificate, e.g. Realschulabschluss.
- You want to learn more about our product range.
- You like approaching people and have a smile for everyone.
- You are highly motivated, reliable and can work flexibly around store opening hours.
What Kaufland Dienstleistung GmbH & Co. KG offers
- At least €1,250 gross per month in the first year, at least €1,350 gross per month in the second year and at least €1,500 gross per month in the third year. Also holiday pay and Christmas bonus plus 6 weeks of vacation per year.
- With a qualified trainer at your side and thorough exam preparation, we prepare you for the future in both practice and theory.
- After passing the final exam you have very good chances of being taken on. You also get a bonus for passing the apprenticeship well.

- Events and competitions, e.g. fitfortrade, as well as many discounts – from fitness and leisure activities to the Deutschland-Ticket.
