Business Analyst Compliance

As a Business Analyst Compliance in Frankfurt am Main, you advise business departments and IT, improve regulated business processes and compliance applications, and support requirements, testing and system operations.

• Advise business departments and IT on compliance processes and IT systems
• Analyze, model and improve business processes in regulated areas, including preventing money laundering
• Maintain and improve central compliance applications, such as Actico Compliance Suite and MaRisk systems
• Coordinate, analyze and organize business requirements, including preparing requirements and implementation documents
• Help develop business and technical improvements, including coordinating and carrying out software tests
• Analyze system disruptions and work with IT to identify and implement suitable solutions
• Work in agile teams, such as Scrum teams, to keep improving applications

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Economics or Business, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in business analysis and data and process modeling
• Knowledge of data queries, especially SQL, and of planning and carrying out tests
• Ideally, experience with compliance systems such as Actico and basic knowledge of regulatory topics such as preventing money laundering
• Experience with agile methods such as Scrum or SAFe is an advantage
• A structured, independent and goal-oriented approach to work
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand abstract concepts
• Clear communication suited to the audience
• Ability to work in a team and handle different interests constructively
