Your career start: In a three-month rhythm, theoretical semesters at the Technical University of Central Hesse in Bad Vilbel alternate with practical semesters at KfW. From the beginning you work actively in small teams on demanding IT projects and learn to analyse and design information systems efficiently. You also go through various stations at KfW and gain insights into different business areas. With additional courses in Business English and supporting specialist seminars we prepare you for a successful graduation. Naturally we offer you an attractive training remuneration and cover 100% of the semester fees at THM.

Theoretical semesters at THM in Bad Vilbel alternate with practical semesters at KfW in a three-month rhythm; Actively work on demanding IT projects in small teams and analyse and design information systems efficiently; Go through various stations at KfW and gain insights into different business areas; Complete additional courses in Business English and supporting specialist seminars.

Very good Fachhochschulreife (Abitur) as well as good to very good English and Mathematics skills; Great interest in information technologies and economic contexts; Enthusiasm for regular exchange and interaction with other people; High sense of responsibility, reliability and discretion; Flexibility and interest in the topics of digitalisation & agile working methods; Commitment and fun working in a team; A plus, not a must: First computer science knowledge and/or programming experience.
