Bank guarantee specialist

Manage loan agreements involving bank guarantees, advise sector departments and IPEX clients, and develop the bank guarantee product and its processing procedures.

• Within the bank guarantee competence centre, you take full responsibility for processing loan agreements involving guarantees and serve as the contact for sector departments and IPEX clients on guarantee matters.
• Your support for sector departments during structuring also includes preparing and delivering presentations on bank guarantees and attending client meetings.
• As the product owner, you manage and develop the bank guarantee product and systematically improve the processing of the guarantee portfolio using IT systems.
• You ensure compliance with anti-money laundering and compliance requirements in bank guarantee business.
• When needed, you take on further contract-related tasks and, where applicable, tasks related to credit management within the team and department.

• You have a university degree in a relevant subject or comparable vocational training, along with relevant professional experience in bank guarantees.
• You have a thorough understanding of the processes, tasks and relationships involved in international corporate, project and export finance, ideally supported by good knowledge of the relevant KfW and IPEX IT systems, particularly DOKA software.
• You maintain an overview even under time pressure when coordinating and managing processes shared across teams, numerous partners and topics. You can quickly analyse and assess complex matters and easily present the results in a way suited to your audience.
