Building Services Engineer, 24-month contract

Over a 24-month contract, manage building services for complex buildings and ensure electrical systems operate correctly. Oversee maintenance services and technical renovation, modernisation and repair projects.

• Ensure electrical systems operate correctly, drawing on your full experience and overseeing building services with regard to costs, the environment and legal requirements
• Independently procure, manage and monitor the quality of maintenance services, including work with external service providers
• Keep building records and operating documentation current and properly maintained
• Plan, calculate costs for, carry out and document technical renovation, modernisation and repair projects with clear goals and results

• An engineering degree (Diplom or master's) in electrical engineering, technical building services or heating, air conditioning, ventilation and plumbing, or a comparable qualification combined with many years of experience managing electrical installations and systems
• Broad technical knowledge, strong MS Office skills and ideally knowledge of CAD/CAFM and SAP
• A careful, structured approach that helps you make decisions with significant consequences
• Ability to work independently and strong analytical and planning skills
• Organisational skills, persuasive communication in German at C2 level, and a determined, service-focused approach
• An understanding of the bigger picture, attention to detail and team spirit
