Here you shape things: You support us in identifying new innovation opportunities, evaluating them strategically, and developing them further. You also gain insights into corporate strategy work. You are also needed in the think tank: You contribute to decision-making templates, write supporting articles, and participate in briefings and presentations. You consider together with us which educational and communicative formats we can use to bring the workforce along with technologies and innovations. You accompany our coaching team in designing, conducting, and following up on workshops through the application and learning of agile and creative methods.

• Ongoing bachelor's (from 3rd semester) or master's degree in political science, social sciences, economics, sociology, or business psychology
• Enthusiasm for topics around technologies, trends, and innovation as well as cultural change
• Analytical and conceptual skills are an advantage
• Out-of-the-box thinking combined with willingness to experiment and quick comprehension are desirable
• Communicative team player
