About this Apprenticeship
Provide legal advice on financing to KfW IPEX-Bank in Frankfurt am Main. You will work in the legal department on sustainable financing projects where business and politics meet.
What You'll Learn
- Provide legal advice on financing to KfW IPEX-Bank, at a unique meeting point of business and politics.
- Identify and assess legal issues, develop solutions, structure projects legally, support documentation and independently negotiate domestic and international matters.
- Manage external law firms through professional exchange to achieve the best results for KfW Group's business policy interests.
Requirements
- A degree in law with a grade of at least fully satisfactory in at least one state examination.
- Several years of experience in domestic and international corporate, project and export finance.
- A strong understanding of economic relationships, group interests and political contexts.
- Negotiation skills, an independent and proactive approach, and strong communication skills. You must also be able to negotiate confidently in legal English.
- Analytical and strategic thinking.
- Enjoyment of teamwork and sharing professional knowledge.
