• Theoretical knowledge is taught at a vocational school or at the training center in Bad Wünnenberg.
• In the incapacity-for-work center you support and advise insured people who cannot work due to illness, and you are in contact with the insured, employers, hospitals and doctors' practices.
• In the customer advice center you answer insured people's questions by phone or email as the first contact.
• Through seminars and job shadowing you get to know customer advice, case processing and new customer acquisition.

• You have an (technical) Abitur or Realschule diploma. If you already study and want to switch to an apprenticeship, or are interested in a second apprenticeship, you are also welcome.
• You need no prior professional knowledge, but are interested in healthcare and want to explore new topics.
• You listen well to people and care about solution- and customer-oriented service.
• As an organized person you keep track of everything and structure yourself and your to-dos.
• You like making new contacts and look forward to getting to know other locations nationwide, virtually and in person. No car or driver's license needed, but some willingness to travel.
