What KKH offers

• You learn the theory at a vocational school near you or at the training centre in Bad Wünnenberg.
• You gain real work experience and take on responsibility in Köln.
• In the contributions and debt collection centre, you process applications, assess insurance matters and advise insured members.
• Seminars and work shadowing introduce you to customer advice, administration and attracting new customers.

• A 38.5 hour working week, regular working hours, home working options and 30 days of annual leave. Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve are also days off.
• A laptop for your apprenticeship and up to 200 euros towards learning materials if vocational school attendance is required.
