• You learn the theory at a vocational school near you or at our training centre in Bad Wünnenberg.
• You gain real work experience and take on responsibility in Duisburg.
• In our care centre, you support insured people who can no longer manage everyday life independently because of age or illness.
• You process applications and invoices, review assessments from the Medical Service and clarify questions by phone with hospitals or care facilities to help people receive the best possible care.
• Seminars and work shadowing introduce you to customer advice, administration and attracting new customers alongside your main training focus.
• After your apprenticeship, you have many opportunities to use your strengths.
• Above average pay under a fixed pay scale, holiday and Christmas bonuses, and 40 euros per month towards savings schemes, such as a home savings plan.
• A 38.5 hour working week, regular working hours, home office options and 30 days of annual leave. Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve are also days off.
• A laptop for your apprenticeship and a learning materials allowance of up to 200 euros if vocational school attendance is required.
• Four hours of study time during working hours every month.
