OTA / Nursing Specialist for Hybrid OR

Klinikum Stuttgart, the largest hospital in Baden-Württemberg with three sites (Katharinenhospital, Olgahospital, Krankenhaus Bad Cannstatt), seeks an engaged Operationstechnische*r Assistent*in or Pflegefachkraft with/without further training in OR nursing for the new innovative Hybrid OR in the Center for Operative Medicine. The position offers interdisciplinary collaboration in a modern environment.

Independent instrumentation of cardiac surgical procedures in the Hybrid OR. Coordination of work processes. Preparation and verification of implants. Psychological and nursing care of patients during and after procedures. Needs-based surgical and patient documentation. Stand-in duties for various cardiac surgical procedures. Assistance with patient positioning. Operation and maintenance of medical-technical devices according to MPG. Collaboration with medical team and other departments.

Completed training as Operationstechnische Assistent:in or examined Pflegefachkraft with/without further training in OR nursing. Professional and social competencies, organizational talent, and sense of responsibility. Experience in cardiac surgery OR is desirable. Enjoyment in working with people. Willingness and ability to work interdisciplinary, economically, and process-oriented.
