Technician for 2nd-Level and Remote Support in Automation and Software

Responsible for technical customer support at second level and remotely, including support coordination, customer service, solution verification, remote assignments and support performance analysis. You will also help build a self-service portal and carry out customer updates and troubleshooting.

Completed technical vocational training, ideally supplemented by further training as a state-certified technician or a master craftsman's qualification. Professional experience in automation technology and customer contact is desirable. Strong customer and service orientation, excellent communication skills, good spoken and written English, good PC skills, commitment, flexibility and reliability. Willingness to travel up to 30% is desirable.
