Sales Internal Service / Order Center Employee

To keep pace with the growth of the WUSTEC organization in internal sales / order center, we are looking for reinforcement for our team as soon as possible, initially limited to one year with an attractive prospect of a permanent takeover. The goal is to continue offering our customers the appropriate service, quick quotes, valid feedback, good project support, etc.

• Creation of calculations and quotes based on customer inquiries
• Support of customer projects, e.g. product launches, customer-specific requirements or implementation of JIT delivery concepts
• Support of site management in building and further developing calculation models as well as creating key figures and analyses
• Support of sales in special projects and cross-cutting topics
• Creation and processing of customer orders in ERP systems and WireMind
• Creation, printing and distribution of production orders
• Support in production control and capacity planning
• Central contact person for customers regarding orders, delivery dates, tracking and technical clarifications
• Creation of delivery notes and invoices
• Ensuring material availability for smooth order processing
• Processing and follow-up of customer complaints

• Successfully completed commercial or business administration training or training in production or electrical engineering with strong focus on administrative and organizational tasks
• Technical understanding and basic electrical knowledge are an advantage
• Confident handling of ERP systems and common MS Office applications
• Very good German skills written and spoken
• Good English skills are desirable
